Description: HMN-214 is a pro-drug of stilbene, an aromatic hydrocarbon that has been used as a phosphor and in making dyes. Compounds derived from stilbene have been used for medical imaging and as the chemical basis for estrogen-like compounds such as tamoxifen and diethylstilbestrol.
